Pillars of Kingdom Vision
·
To base our faith on a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as
our saviour, the Holy Spirit as our counsellor and guide and God as
our father, three separate persons of the one true God.
· The
heart of Kingdom Vision is to see the name of Jesus lifted high over
The Nations, locally, nationally and internationally. To preach the
good news of Jesus Christ and reach the lost.
· To base our lives
on the teachings of Jesus and the wisdom of the Bible as the eternal
and irrefutable word of God.
· To be a home centred fellowship
seeking to promote the Good News of Jesus Christ through the daily
outworking of an active faith individually, within family and our
community, knowing and making known the truth that Jesus is our Healer,
our Liberator, our Saviour and our Lord.
· To exercise healthy
and respectful submission to those in leadership ensuring that we
remain accountable for our actions and ministry.
· To flow in
the biblical principal of sowing generously into the Kingdom of God
with a grateful and joyous heart. To build on the biblical principal
of presenting our tithes and offerings before God with a willing heart
and as an act of sacrificial worship.
· To worship with all that
is within us and in all that we do, to seek the heart of God and to
move worship beyond only music and into our daily living so all that
we do is an act of worship.
· To build strong bonds of relationship
being prepared to pay the cost of “loving one another as we love ourselves”
so that those around us will see love in action.
· To play our
role in the Kingdom of God and to recognise and raise up the gifting
of others, supporting them and helping them to grow and fulfil the
vision within their lives.
· To seek unity within the church,
breaking down religious and denominational barriers working closely
with those of a like mind.
· To make strong disciples for the
Kingdom of God who will stand on His truth and not fall.
· To
Take responsibility for our own actions, thoughts and deeds speaking
the truth in love and being mature enough to work through differences
in a scriptural and honourable way.
· To pray with fervour and
purpose for our nation, the nations of the World and for each other.
·To not consider ourselves in any situation to be a "cut above the
rest" but recognise and be secure in our gifting whilst remaining
humble servants of Jesus, each-other and the vision that has been
placed upon our hearts.
